华变产品特点 Features of Huabian products
• 华变分为高压室、低压室以及变压器三部 分,按照“L”型或“品”字型布局;
• 华变里变压器只能采用油浸式变压器,不能采用干式变压器;
• 华变变压器本体和散热片均敞开外露在箱体外部,散热效果良好,其余带电间隔均密封在独立的隔室内,各室内用隔板隔离成独立的间隔,并在箱体内设有下人孔,方便安装及维修;
• 箱体采用冷轧钢板或不锈钢板,内外表面平整、无锈蚀、涂层脱落和磕碰损伤现象, 涂料层牢固均匀,无明显反差反光;
• 箱体顶盖装设防雨的密封盖板和防雨檐, 双层结构的箱体顶盖能防止热辐射;
Huabian is divided into three parts: high-voltage chamber, low-voltage chamber, and transformer, arranged in an "L" or "pin" shape;
Huabian Li transformer can only use oil immersed transformers and cannot use dry type transformers;
The main body and heat dissipation fins of the Huabian transformer are both open and exposed outside the box, with good heat dissipation effect. All other live compartments
are sealed in independent compartments, and each compartment is separated into independent compartments by partitions. A lower manhole is installed inside the box for easy installation and maintenance;
The box body is made of cold-rolled steel plate or stainless steel plate, with a flat inner and outer surface without rust, coating detachment, and collision damage. The coating layer is firm and uniform, without obvious contrast or reflection;
The top cover of the box is equipped with a rainproof sealing cover plate and a rainproof eaves, and the double-layer structure of the box top cover can prevent thermal radiation;
